The event takes place on 21 November and aims to bring women together to share experience, accelerate meaningful change across the industry. As part of the event, FFP Packaging will be showcasing a number of key origination and colour management innovations.
Joanna Stephenson, director of PHD Marketing & Strategy and co-founder of WIP UK, said: “It absolutely paramount that networking events are made accessible and useful to female employees in the packaging industry, providing a platform for women to make their voices heard and recognise their achievements in an environment that doesn’t always pro-actively encourage it.
“We’d like to give our sincere thanks to the team at FFP Packaging for their generosity in hosting November’s event. The business truly understands the importance of industry diversity and we’re all looking forward to meeting the team, as well as finding out more about the impressive suite of innovations that they have developed and brought to the market.”
Co-founder Debbie Waldron Hoines of Avant-Tout (Management Services) added: “Our wholehearted thanks to go to FFP Packaging for their kind offer to host the Women In Packaging networking event. As we continue creating opportunities and support for women in packaging and affecting progress in the industry, the support and contributions of businesses like FFP are truly invaluable.”
