CHICAGO—November 11, 2015—GPA is proud to announce that its exhibition at the 2015 SGIA Expo in Atlanta from Nov. 4-6, was a success. As first-time exhibitors at this show, GPA solidified its commitment to the wide-format community with its comprehensive collection of media and support for print service providers with wide-format press technology. Additionally, GPA showcased its solutions for digital and offset printing for those with a combination of press equipment.

During the show, GPA featured its growing line of Concept Media Solutions, which are available in a wide variety of face materials, adhesives and liners to accommodate the largest range of applications and printing processes. GPA also introduced attendees to its newest products, including pressure-sensitive paper and AlumiGraphics foil media. GPA’s passionate wide-format experts were on hand to meet with current customers, forge relationships with those new to GPA, and introduce all attendees to new applications and products that can help create profitable results.

GPA maintained a strong social media presence throughout the show, and was featured in a PrintMediaCentr video interview. In it, Mary Ann Geers, GPA’s central region area vice president, discussed how GPA entered the wide-format marketplace, what today’s hottest markets and applications are, and the resources that GPA offers to support its customers in this market space.

“It was a thrill to learn more about the markets that SGIA attendees are focusing on, and to share how GPA can help them increase their opportunities with specialty materials,” shared Geers after the show. She continued, “As our traditional customers continue to expand their equipment platforms from offset and narrow format digital to wide- and grand-format presses, GPA is expanding with them. It’s especially beneficial because our customers can continue with the same substrate supplier they have relied on for years for specialty products and technical expertise.”
