The jury for this year's Can Awards gave the new packaging silver in the 'Best two-piece food can' category.

The clearly optimised facing has also impressed the retail trade. With the cans' graphic design and CupCan's soft, organic shape, Fiskeduserne have been given a more appealing, modern look.
    

"This helps emphasize their novelty value and guarantees the products attention in stores and a stronger appeal to consumers," says Jesper Kold Sørensen, Manager of Amanda Seafoods A/S.

The CupCan also enhances the functionality of Fiskeduserne.

"The new recloseable plastic lid seals the cans after opening so that the products are easier to handle and can be used in a packed lunch. Children can now spread fish topping on bread themselves and benefit from both the vitamins and the taste, which has been improved following a test conducted among school children," explains Jesper Kold Sørensen.
