RPC has designed and manufactured the packaging for the relaunch of car-care specialist Tetrosyl's screenwash and antifreeze brand.

Tetrosyl's relaunch of the Bluecol brand involves new products as well as redesigned labels.

The Bury-based firm called on existing supplier RPC UK Stock Containers to develop a custom-moulded bottle to help the new line stand out on shelf.

Product manager Richard Woodward said the two firms worked together to help meet its expectations for the packaging that comes in a 500ml and one-litre format.

"The result is a bottle that underlines Bluecol's quality and heritage," he said.

The container is blow-moulded in white and clear HDPE with a collar around the neck of the bottle.

There is a large labelling area to prominently show the new branding as well as product information and the Bluecol robin logo.
